We guarantee printer toners and ink for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to our products that are stored, installed and used under normal conditions.
Should the product fail during the warranty period we will refund or replace the item. This is in addition any statutory rights as a consumer.
We will also warrant that our product, will not damage your printer when used under normal conditions and used according to the manufacturer's or our instructions.
We will cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement at our discretion provided the customer:
1. Notifies us of the problem within 30 days in writing
2. Provides a service engineers report signed by a technically approved engineer, showing that the sole cause of damage was caused by our product
3. Provides print samples and any replaced parts with a payment receipt where damage has been rectified
We shall not be liable for consequential, collateral, exemplary damages, indirect or incidental loss, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data or loss of use relating to this agreement or products.
