I got a response first thing the next morning, a replacement cartridge was dispatched that day and arrived the next. This is service over and above what you would normally expect. I do not normally make the effort to review companies like this, but I was so pleased with their response I felt it warranted a little effort on my part. I will definitely be back to the supplier when I need further supplies.
