We use DPD as our courier. Most orders are delivered next-working day, but you will need to order before 16:30(approx) Monday to Friday. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

We have a free delivery option for UK mainland orders with a value over £15 (excluding VAT), that take 1 to 3 days for delivery. This is mostly 1 working day, but you can pay a little extra to get a priority service where we do are very best to make sure your order is sent and delivered next day, Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if an order is returned through non-delivery (after several attempts) we will refund the order less the cost of the delivery. If you have selected a next day delivery we reserve the right to change this at short notice for reasons of bad weather or something unexpected, but this would be rare.

If some items of your order are out of stock, we will normally dispatch the in-stock items separately, unless we can get the items into stock for next-day dispatch. In this case, your order will be delayed one business day. Unusually, some out-of-stock items may take few days to dispatch while we wait for new supplies. We will keep you informed of when your order is due to be dispatched, by weekly email updates. You always have the right to a refund if you change your mind, up to 14 days after delivery according to the distance selling regulations. However, the goods must be in condition that we can resell them, after they are returned to us.
